2. Acceptable Use

You may use MerchForAll to:

• Create and manage a merchandise store with original or licensed designs
• Browse and purchase products from creator stores
• Customize your storefront and product offerings
• Use the design tools to create and position artwork on products
• Manage orders, track earnings, and process payouts
• Communicate with buyers through the Platform's tools

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Intellectual Property Infringement

• Uploading designs that copy or closely imitate copyrighted works without authorization
• Using trademarks, logos, or branding of other companies without permission
• Selling counterfeit or knockoff merchandise

Hateful & Harmful Content

• Content promoting hate, discrimination, or violence against any group
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users
• Content that glorifies terrorism, self-harm, or dangerous activities

Explicit & Illegal Content

• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or other contraband
• Products that violate any applicable laws or regulations

Platform Abuse

• Spam, including bulk unsolicited communications or fake reviews
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or payment processing
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Automated scraping, bot activity, or API abuse
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or bypass security measures

Fraudulent Activity

• Misrepresenting products, pricing, or shipping information
• Submitting fraudulent orders or chargebacks
• Identity theft or impersonation of other users or brands

4. Content Guidelines for Creators

As a creator, you are responsible for all content in your store. Please ensure:

• All designs are original works or you have proper licensing to use them
• Product descriptions are accurate and not misleading
• Pricing is fair and clearly displayed
• Store branding does not impersonate or misrepresent another brand
• You respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and respectful manner
• You comply with all applicable intellectual property laws

5. Buyer Conduct

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Not abuse the refund or chargeback process
• Treat creators and support staff with respect
• Report any issues through proper channels rather than filing fraudulent disputes
• Not attempt to resell purchased products as your own original merchandise

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• Warning: A notification of the violation with a request to correct the issue
• Content removal: Removal of specific products or designs that violate the policy
• Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access pending review
• Termination: Permanent closure of the account and store

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of violations. Serious violations (such as illegal content or fraud) may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please contact us with details of the violation. Include as much information as possible, such as the store name, product URL, and a description of the issue. We review all reports and take action as appropriate.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
