How much does it cost to get started?

It's completely free to sign up, create your store, and sell products. There are no monthly fees, no upfront costs, and no minimum order quantities. You never have to spend money to run your merch business. You keep 100% of your profit margin.

How do I create my first product?

After signing up, navigate to the catalog, browse products, select one, upload your artwork, position it using our design editor, set your price, and publish. It takes just a few minutes!

Not at all! Our design editor is intuitive and user-friendly. Simply upload your artwork (logo, graphics, or text) and position it on the product. We provide real-time previews so you can see exactly how it will look.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect on a net 30 schedule. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, your earnings are tracked in your dashboard and paid out to your connected bank account automatically.

We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. Customers can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! Selling products is completely free — you never have to spend money to make sales. You keep 100% of your profit margin and payouts are processed on a net 30 schedule via Stripe Connect.

Can I change my prices after publishing?

Yes, you can update your product prices at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for new orders. Existing orders will be fulfilled at the price they were purchased.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We have fulfillment centers in the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. This means fast, affordable shipping to customers almost anywhere in the world. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on package size and destination.

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 2-5 business days, and shipping takes 3-8 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take 7-21 business days. Customers receive tracking information once their order ships.

What if a customer wants a refund?

We handle all customer service, including returns and refunds. If there's a quality issue or shipping problem, we'll take care of it. We stand behind the quality of our products with a satisfaction guarantee.

Do I need to hold inventory?

No! That's the beauty of print-on-demand. Products are only printed when a customer places an order. You never have to buy inventory upfront, store products, or worry about unsold stock.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PNG or SVG files (at least 300 DPI). Vector files (SVG) work best for scaling to different product sizes.

Can I use my own domain?

Custom domains are available on the Pro plan, which also includes a free .store domain (e.g., yourstore.store). All users get a free subdomain (yourstore.merchforall.store) out of the box. Custom domains help build your brand and look more professional.

Yes! You can customize colors, fonts, logos, and layouts to match your brand. Pro users get access to advanced customization options including custom CSS and more theme options.

Unlimited! You can add as many products as you want on both Free and Pro plans. There are no limits on the number of products or designs you can create.
